We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join a high-growth company in the renewable energy sector. This executive team member will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and driving strategic initiatives that align with the company's ambitious growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement business strategies
- Oversee all operational functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and systems, implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and develop departmental leaders to build a high-performing team
- Establish and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication across departments
- Ensure operational practices comply with relevant regulations and mitigate risks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operational leadership role
- Experience in door-to-door sales operations is essential
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead change and drive performance improvement initiatives
- Experience in high-growth environments
- Desire to build and implement new processes
- Highly organized with good business sense
