Job Summary
Our bank client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization, ensuring robust financial health, and providing strategic leadership to drive growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of financial concepts and market analysis.
The Bank will consider remote or hybrid work.
Duties
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and COSO frameworks to maintain effective internal controls.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic planning initiatives.
- Supervise the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS regulations and COSO internal control frameworks.
- Exceptional financial acumen with a solid understanding of financial concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while promoting a collaborative environment.
- Experience in market analysis and strategic planning is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; an MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA) is preferred.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
