National Personal Injury Law Firm is looking for an aggressive and highly experienced “full stack” Chief Marketing Officer to lead our marketing efforts into the future. We are looking for someone with proven success in leveraging a multi-million dollar marketing budget into exponential growth while maintaining the highest possible ROI on every dollar spent. We seek an “innovator and disruptor” that is utterly on top of all cutting edge marketing strategies across all marketing platforms, but also able to defy convention when it makes sense. Our CMO will be the “apex” of our marketing efforts, directing and coordinating the work of our in-house marketing team, our ad agency, and all other outside vendors and partners relative to marketing and outreach. If you have a habit of thinking outside the box, defying convention, and refusing to accept anything other than excellence and stratospheric growth at a large to enterprise level entity, you may be the right candidate for us!
The national headquarters of the firm, and this position, is located in Houston, Texas. We offer a relocation allowance for the right candidate.
Objectives of this role
- Developing and implementing creative and innovative strategic marketing plans to drive exponential growth in our regional and national markets.
- Coordination of all internal and external marketing efforts.
- Strategic planning of all marketing campaigns, creatives, and efforts across all marketing channels, including traditional media, digital marketing, and deployment of public relations, co-marketing, and all other marketing deployments (primarily B2C, but B2B as well.)
- Managing marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively and optimizing marketing spends to achieve maximum ROI.
- Oversee the creation of captivating marketing creatives, including broad digital strategies, broadcast commercials, radio spots, newsletters, manage press relations, etc.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer insights, data analytics and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead strategic partnerships and collaborations with external agencies, vendors, and influencers to amplify brand reach and awareness.
- Maintain an “up to the minute” knowledge of the industry’s advancements and the emerging marketing technologies.
- Train and support team members in data analysis techniques and tools, translating data into effective marketing strategies.
- Analyze marketing performance reports and KPIs to derive actionable insights and optimize campaigns.
Required skills and qualifications
- MBA (preferred) or bachelor's degree in marketing or an equivalent field.
- 5 years + of experience as Chief Marketing Officer. Legal marketing experience preferred, but not required.
- Proven track record of developing, managing and executing wide-ranging marketing campaigns across B2C and some B2B verticals to achieve exponential growth and deliver the highest possible results with maximum marketing return on investment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor and develop marketing professionals.

Starting salary $140K+, plus performance based bonuses targeted to $200K+ total compensation tied to attainment of growth goals and projections.
