- Take charge of financials, including cash handling and reconciliation, while ensuring budgets and profit goals are met.

- Keep your eyes on the details—maintain the restaurant’s pristine appearance and keep equipment running smoothly through proactive maintenance.
- Ensure smooth wine and beverage operations, from inventory to ordering.
- Embrace marketing and promotions, helping craft campaigns that align with the restaurant's identity and bring in the right crowd.
What You Bring:
- Proven leadership in a high-performance, chef-driven restaurant, with at least 3 years of experience as a GM and 5+ years overall in management.
- Deep understanding of fine dining or upscale casual environments where every detail matters.
- You’re not just good at numbers; you thrive in planning, organizing, and thinking strategically about growth and guest satisfaction.
- A calm and confident communicator, you know how to motivate a team and keep guests happy, no matter the situation.
- Tech-savvy, with strong skills in word processing and spreadsheets (Excel).
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards for yourself and your team.
- Physical stamina to keep up with the demands of a fast-paced environment, working up to 60 hours a week on your feet.
