Minimum Requirements:
- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Days, Call
- ABLS, ACLS and BLS required
- 15 patients per shift
- Laparoscopic surgery, percutaneous nephrolithotomy, incontinence procedure, ESWL & prefer robotics
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
