Position: OB Hospitalist

Facility Details:

Approximately 2,000 annual deliveries
Level III NICU
Anesthesia in-house 24/7 and MFM available by phone consult
Part of the Nuvance Health System

Primary Responsibilities: At Norwalk Hospital, Ob Hospitalist Group physicians are responsible for all unassigned deliveries (10% of total hospital volume) and OB Emergency Department patients. Our team members provide support to the emergency room physicians, nurse midwives, and assist the community/hospital physicians with emergent deliveries and gyn cases.

Schedule Options:

Full-Time: 5+, 24-hour shifts per 28-day block
Part-Time: 1 – 4, 24-hour shifts per 28-day block
Per Diem options also available
