Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Landscape Architecture to lead our landscape architecture team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading complex landscape planning and design projects from conception through completion, meeting high standards of design excellence, sustainability, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships within the firm, across offices and market sectors, developing successful pursuit and project delivery strategies, leveraging opportunities to integrate landscape services with Page's architecture, engineering, and planning projects.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the landscape practice group's clients and portfolio as well as the broader industry to identify key trends and emerging opportunities for the practice.
- Play a lead role in business development, nurturing an existing client and teaming partner network and identifying and cultivating new relationships in the San Francisco market and in strategic geographies within the western region and across U.S.
- Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and other marketing efforts, supported by Page's Marketing & Communications team.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Lead and mentor Page's landscape architecture professionals, guiding their professional development and identifying ongoing training and resource needs.
Qualifications- 15+ years of experience in the practice of landscape architecture
- Professional degree from Landscape Architectural Accreditation Board (LAAB) accredited program.
- License to practice landscape architecture and ability to be certified with the Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards.
- Proven record of building a successful practice in an interdisciplinary environment.
- Experience on large-scale/highly complex projects for a variety of client types.
- Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.
- LEED Accredited Professional and/or SITES certification (preferred).
- Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
- Experience directing teams producing work in an array of design and illustration software tools. Familiarity with Revit and ArcGIS is ideal.
- History of successful project management, including tracking of financial performance.
- Experience managing teams across geographies.
Base Compensation: $150,000-$185,000 (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location).
