Job Description:
- The consumer health research team works on developing health sensing algorithms and generative AI that make products and services more helpful. These approaches depend on constructing high-quality labeled data-sets for training and evaluation as we quickly iterate on software or hardware prototypes.
- The team is looking for someone to oversee a team of Program Managers and Coordinators supporting the operations of these programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with autonomy: Manage a team of program managers and coordinators, overseeing the development and execution of data labeling and evaluation operations for strategic programs.
- Capacity planning: Establish efficient task workflows, provide leadership, and continuously improve program performance using data-driven insights.
- Stakeholder management: Foster strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Drive excellence: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Deliver results: Lead program activities that achieve business, operational, and technical improvements, utilizing clear systems for work delegation, scalability, and performance tracking.
- Adapt and manage: Monitor program tasks and stakeholders, adjusting strategies as needed in a dynamic environment.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven experience in establishing efficient task workflows, providing leadership, and continuously improving program performance using technology and data-driven insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influence skills.
- Capacity to shape team strategy through successful program execution while cultivating a high-performance team culture.
Ideal Candidate:
- Several years of experience in program management, ideally in AI development, Client engineering, or related fields, with a track record of delivering complex programs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with research and engineering teams.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the capacity to balance strategic priorities with rapid execution.
- Autonomous and self-directed, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and capable of tackling broad, ambiguous problems pragmatically.
