Role Overview
This role will report directly to our Head of People and lead senior HRBPs as well as the launch of our new Employee Relations team. The HRBP team supports a global population operating across North America, APAC, and EMEIA. The role will partner closely with key stakeholders (Executive, Legal, Dept. Leaders, Finance, etc.) and the leaders of other People COEs, including People Operations, People Experience and Programs, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Data + Analytics, and more.
In this role, you will:
- Lead a team of Business Partners with diverse global client groups
- Build and nurture strong relationships across senior and executive leadership in partnership with the broader HRBP function
- Evolve and/or develop scalable HR processes to support business goals and initiatives
- Develop Talent Management programs to grow and identify top performers as well as support leadership succession planning
- Build the ER team and partner with Legal to execute the company’s planned Employee Relations strategy, structure and operating model
- Collaborate actively with stakeholders across the People, Finance, and Legal teams
- Bring high EQ and People perspective to collaborative discussions with Department and Executive Leadership to help the business and our employees achieve ambitious goals
We are looking for:
- 12+ years of related experience in the human resources space; at least 5 years of experience leading a team of HR Business Partners or Employee Relations
- Demonstrated experience in providing strategic global HRBP support and leading global and distributed teams.
- Ability to build, launch, and execute programmatic or process-based solutions
- Experience supporting corporate and field-based client groups through goal setting, talent management, and driving high performance
- Collaborative low ego communication in all forms and with all levels across the People team and broader company
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with a solutions-oriented approach to ambiguity and problem solving
- Integrity and deep experience working through complex challenges at the macro and micro level
- Experience in employee relations and investigations required, direct experience preferred
