Overview:
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the business unit, ensuring the business achieves financial and operational goals while maintaining the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. The GM will lead strategic planning, implement best practices, and motivate staff to reach company objectives, driving growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve short- and long-term goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across various departments.
- Collaborate with department heads to set performance objectives and ensure alignment with company vision and values.
- Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Implement and optimize processes to improve productivity and cost efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
