Job Summary
Piccadilly Kart Racing is actively looking for a determined and proven candidate for its General Manager position. This position will report to the operations manager and will be responsible for maintaining daily business operations. The general manager will be responsible for guiding general business strategies and working alongside upper management to ensure a great and lasting experience for customers of all ages. Pay will be based on experience.
Duties
- Manage daily business operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and sales
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to maintain food quality standards
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment management
- Proficiency in business operations and managerial procedures
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to interview, hire, and train new employees
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in shift management and working as an Assistant Manager is a plus
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality management, with a focus on entertainment services and bar operations.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of successfully managing teams
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors
- Proficiency in inventory control and POS systems including Sacoa
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,878.00 - $65,658.00 per year
