Join our dynamic and expanding Client marketplace team as a Senior Product Manager (Technical) with over 5 years of experience. In this role, you will lead the customer communications strategy for order updates throughout the order lifecycle. We are looking for candidates who are:
- Visionary self-starters who can conceptualize the ideal customer post-purchase communication experience.
- Judicious in crafting experiences that not only meet but exceed customer expectations.
- Skilled in alleviating customer post-purchase anxiety and enhancing retention.
- Proficient in writing vision and requirement documents, supported by data-driven recommendations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage order processes for third-party sellers, including fulfillment and returns.
- Gather requirements, create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and streamline order management workflows to minimize friction and cancellations.
Top 3 Skills Needed:
- Strong foundation in product management (discovery, PRDs, testing, launches).
- Proficiency in data analysis.
