Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the company’s integrator, working closely with the CEO/Founder to realize the organizational vision.
- Manage daily operations and retail locations, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to our quality standards.
- Champion scalability and drive process enhancements to facilitate rapid expansion.
- Collaborate with the executive team to implement strategic initiatives and advance business development efforts.
- Guarantee consistent product quality and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and forecasting to maximize profitability.
- Establish and enforce operational policies that align with industry regulations.

Required Skills

Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in operational roles, preferably within the food production or manufacturing industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline; an MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
