We're searching for the next generation of innovative minds who want to shape the world and live to build. CMAC is looking for a Warehouse Manager in our DC region. The Warehouse Manager position oversees the management of the warehouse and the personnel assigned to the CMAC warehouse. In addition, this position will be responsible for scheduling material delivery to the job sites, maintaining the proper inventory of material, logging equipment rentals and material purchases into the warehouse system, and receiving material from vendors and maintaining proper documentation.
What You Will Do:
As Warehouse Manager, your primary daily responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Manage assigned personnel to the CFS warehouse.
- Maintain warehouse conditions to a high standard of safety, organization, and cleanliness inside and outside facility.
- Track and maintain fleet vehicles.
- Perform maintenance and repairs of in-house rental items.
- Manage the fuel account for fleet vehicles.
- Track the check-in and check-out of rental items and materials through the Align program.
- Post monthly to the Christman accounting team for all rentals and material purchases.
- Prepare weekly timecards for assigned employees.
- Conduct yearly evaluations for employees assigned to warehouse.
- Maintain good inventory of all receiving tickets for weekly turn-in.
- Maintain updated safety items for monthly warehouse inspections from Safety Director.
- Ensure yearly city inspections and permits through the city and fire marshal.
- Strictly comply with all Christman policies.
- Complete all required and assigned training for this role.
- Complete annual inventory of warehouse.
What You Will Bring to the Team:
Required experience, knowledge, and skills for this role include:
- High School Diploma or GED, or proven ability to adequately fulfill the position.
- Three (3+) or more years' of relevant work experience or proven established work history for the position.
- Valid driver's license.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
- Ability to interact with and develop effective working relationships with a wide range of people, including internal and external customers, in different situations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Able to plan, schedule, and organize tasks while completing work within established deadlines.
- Ability to follow instructions, respond to management direction, take responsibility for own actions, and keep commitments.
- Must have excellent written and oral skills.
- Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Have a passion for team-based planning and problem-solving.
- Have a wholehearted commitment to building strong partnerships to support project goals.
Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Work Environment and Physical Demands: The majority of work is completed outside at the construction site and in an office trailer where the project is monitored, and daily decisions are made about construction activities. The position is often exposed to sounds and loud noises, such as construction equipment. The job requires the wearing of protective equipment when on the construction site (hardhats, safety glasses, and highly visible clothing). Temperatures and conditions may vary depending on the weather and seasons. As part of our focus on being a Great Place to Work, we want to make sure we are clear on a few more basics we expect:
- Ability to occasionally stand, walk, sit, reach (with hands and arms), climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Must be able to talk, hear, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, be able to use a telephone and operate a keyboard.
- Be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
