What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement software solutions and data science efforts while enhancing existing applications
- Gather customer requirements and develop documentation in collaboration with the analytical staff
- Lead projects and mentor less experienced developers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience
- Strong engineering and problem-solving skills
- Experience mentoring developers and leading small projects or teams
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AWS
- Familiarity with Neo4J or other graph technology
- Knowledge of Kafka
- Development experience with Grails and Groovy
- Proficiency in ElasticSearch
