We are looking for a Senior Talent Partner to join our team in New York City. This is a unique opportunity to be our first recruiter in the US and play a crucial role in shaping the talent acquisition strategy for our second-largest office. Job Description:
As the Senior Talent Partner, you’ll lead the full recruitment cycle for all US roles, directly contributing to our growth by attracting and hiring top talent. Based in New York, you’ll have the exciting challenge of building recruitment processes from the ground up, working closely with our global Talent Acquisition team, HR, and senior stakeholders.
In addition to managing recruitment, you’ll partner with external agencies to support sourcing efforts and help develop a strong culture in the US office. This role also involves driving process improvements, aligning recruitment strategies with broader business goals, and ensuring compliance with US labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for US roles, from sourcing to hiring.
- Actively source candidates and manage relationships with external agencies.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor for Talent Acquisition.
- Contribute to process improvements and recruitment strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws and regulations.
- Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment progress and refine strategies.
- Collaborate with HR and Employer Branding to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment in commercial hiring, particularly for complex B2B sales roles.
- Strong background in stakeholder management and process improvement.
- Understanding of US labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Experience in competency-based hiring practices and diversity and inclusion practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to create clear, concise reports and presentations.
- Self-motivated and able to take ownership of projects.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving results.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation: $100,000 - $132,000
