The Microsoft Technology for Social Impact (TSI) Team is chartered with the mission of bringing the power of technology to every nonprofit and humanitarian organization to accelerate Social Good. As a Senior Enterprise Marketing Manager, you will be the audience marketing leader responsible for developing and executing an enterprise marketing communications strategy to achieve TSI revenue and scorecard for enterprise customer segments. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape connected sales and marketing strategy, demonstrate cross-functional leadership, and deliver performance insights to drive deeper engagement with customers and sellers in our managed accounts. This role requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Partner, and Industry teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead integrated marketing strategic planning and execution to drive TSI revenue and scorecard for enterprise managed customer segments on a global scale.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and industry leadership to set direction to develop impactful GTM strategy, plans, launch activities, customer segmentation, and/or strategies that drive revenue growth via customer and sales engagement and monetization for products across business areas.
- Own a connected customer journey from marketing to sales and partner. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the business and coordinate efforts with leaders and sales excellence to apply them. Analyze KPIs for marketing programs, audiences, and/or engines to identify and share insights with the purpose of advancing business impact, through a regular rhythm of business (ROB) of reporting and business review meetings.
- Oversee scaled ABM (Account Based Marketing), affiliate marketing programs, and events designed to drive qualified leads (handraisers) to sellers and demonstrate measurable marketing impact on the business. Partner with sales and marketing operations to align lead management strategy and execution, sales follow up/SLAs, measurement, and reporting.
- Actively participate in sales leadership meetings and territory planning reviews to understand sales/customer challenges and opportunities. Proactively recommend ideas and solutions to address gaps, respond to business needs, and drive demand.
- Present to and interact with executives regularly about the strategy, data, and business impact/performance.

Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
- OR equivalent experience.

Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
