Talent Acquisition Coordinator | GID – Boston, MA

DESCRIPTION:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team’s strategic initiatives by coordinating daily administrative tasks, managing social media and employer branding efforts, and providing operational and project support to the team. The TA Coordinator plays an integral role in maintaining a positive candidate experience and ensuring efficient talent acquisition processes. This role requires the coordinator to embody and promote the company’s core values of Accountability, Inclusiveness, Energizing, and Courageousness.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Requisition Management: Open and maintain requisitions; update and track the open positions chart in Smartsheet and other tracking tools. Regularly check for formatting issues on the website.
- Job Description Management: Ensure job descriptions are formatted, maintained and updated consistently across all departments.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks such as Sterling background checks, Concur expense reports, Jobvite entries, Craigslist postings, and processing invoices and vendor related tasks. Participate in weekly and biweekly calls.
- SharePoint Lead: Maintain and update Talent Acquisition pages on SharePoint.
- Referral Program Lead: Track referrals, manage special payments, and administer incentive programs.
- GID Internship Program: Coordinate all aspects of the GID Internship program, including advertising, planning recruitment events, scheduling interviews, and managing presentations.
- Inbox Management: Oversee the talent@windsorcommunities inbox, responding to New Requisition Forms, Internal Transfer requests, and general inquiries.
- Windsor Wear Program: Oversee all aspects of the Windsor Wear Program, including submitting eligibility lists to payroll bi-annually, policy updates, and any other administrative related tasks.
- Branding: Manage Glassdoor and Indeed company pages, including responding to reviews and making updates to maintain a positive company image.
- Interview Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing offer letters as needed.
- Recruitment Marketing: Create, manage, and update recruitment marketing tools, including job advertisements and social media posts, weekly open positions emails, LinkedIn postings, creating flyers for job fairs and hiring days, etc.
- Onboarding & Payroll Support: Assist in background checks and onboarding processes in collaboration with payroll and benefits teams.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Three years of experience in an administrative role required.
- Four-year college or university degree required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to maintain confidential matters.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills; exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Social Media Expertise: Experience with managing social media platforms (ex. LinkedIn) and employer branding efforts.
- Technology Skills: SharePoint and Smartsheets knowledge required. ATS experience preferred. HTML experience preferred.
- Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members across departments.
Drug testing and background checks are an employment requirement. These are required steps in the hiring process.
Compensation is $75,000 annually plus 10% bonus. Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation.
