Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 - Food for Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center located in Bolivia, North Carolina. Brunswick Medical Center is a 74 bed acute care facility located 30 minutes south of Wilmington, NC, 45 minutes from Wrightsville Beach, NC and 20 minutes west of Southport, NC along the coast of North Carolina. This hospital is part of the Novant Coastal Division with three other hospitals. Brunswick County is one of the fastest growing areas along the east coast.
The General Manager 3 will have oversight to all Food & Nutrition programs, including patient meal services and retail. The ideal candidate will be proficient in financial leadership, fluid in decision making and have a passion for patient and employee satisfaction. This person will excel in driving results collaboratively with Sodexo and our client. They will focus on safety, client communication, staff development and financial acumen. The ability to articulate ideas, thoughts, opinions, professionally and clearly within all levels of the organization is critical. This position will support and lead a team of 23 hourly associates.
The ideal candidate will have extensive management experience in a healthcare setting.

- Highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple and often conflicting priorities, meet deadlines, and proactively address operational and client needs.
- Proven ability to develop and motivate a team in a complex environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Basic Management Experience - 3 years. Basic Functional Experience - 3 years.
