Job Description
PA Consulting Group has an immediate opening for an Office / Business Support role based out of our Boston office. The individual in this role will primarily provide administrative coordination support to PA’s Design, Engineering & Science team and the Boston and Concord offices.
This role will suit someone who is highly organized, assertive, and proactive, who will be able to identify what needs to be done and ensure it is executed to a high standard.
The post holder will possess a high level of commitment to providing quality service, producing quality outputs, and meeting tight deadlines. Someone who is strong in stakeholder management, happy to get involved in different projects/tasks, and work collaboratively with teams, with a customer-centric mentality.
Your Day to Day:
- Support key members of the leadership team with:
- All logistics associated with travel.
- Expense report submission.
- Calendar or meeting coordination support.
- Logistics related to client meetings or other events.
- Be a collaborating member of the US business support team, providing coverage for other members as needed.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining best practice processes, sharing of information, adhering and maintaining knowledge management systems, Teams sites, and databases already in place.
- Support in the coordination of events that contribute to team building and bonding.
- Be point of contact for all day-to-day office matters.
- Order/maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Act as an administrative main point of contact for staff and provide support to the business in any other additional areas required.

What you Bring:
PA is a friendly and collaborative firm, and this person will be the main point of contact for both offices, so should be comfortable engaging with individuals of all levels, forming lasting relationships.
- Technical: Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Possess common sense in understanding the needs of the office environment.
- Strong work ethic and able to lead multiple tasks.
- Ability to work optimally in a team environment.
- Validated interpersonal skills and ability to get along with all levels of management, internally and externally.
- Self-starter who takes pride in their work.
Additional Information:
This role is in person, 5 days a week (4 days in Boston office and 1 day in Concord).

Salary: US$ 70,000 annual base + fantastic benefits package.
