Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for your next challenge? We're recruiting a dynamic and results-driven Site Manager to lead and oversee various high-profile schemes at a prestigious manufacturing facility in Filton, Bristol.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring all works are completed to the highest standards
- Manage teams and subcontractors, ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets, and safety requirements
- Liaise with stakeholders and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
- Oversee quality control, ensuring compliance with construction regulations and company standards
About You:
- Proven experience in civil engineering or construction management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
