Job Title: Vice President of Manufacturing
Location: Englewood, CO (on-site)
Salary: $175-200K DOE (insurance, time off, 401(k), etc.)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 8+ years manufacturing industry and 5+ years of leadership (director-level or higher) experience.
- PEMB manufacturing experience is HIGHLY preferred.
Based in Colorado, we are a leading pre-engineered metal manufacturer that specializes in designing, engineering, and delivering high-quality steel buildings. Due to recent growth, we are seeking an experienced Vice President of Manufacturing with PEMB experience to join our leadership team. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing (or a related field), 8+ years manufacturing industry and 5+ years of leadership (director-level or higher) experience.

What You Will Be Doing
- Developing/executing strategic plans to boost manufacturing efficiency, quality, and capacity.
- Managing budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize manufacturing operations.
- Overseeing all aspects of manufacturing (ex. raw materials to finished products, ensuring adherence to quality standards, production schedules, and cost objectives).
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase production capacity.
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 8+ years manufacturing industry and 5+ years of leadership (director-level or higher) experience.
Preferred Qualifications
*PEMB manufacturing experience
*Lean manufacturing principles/Continuous improvement methodologies
*Master of Business Administration (MBA), or similar advanced degree
