The Team
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Real Estate Management to join American Tower’s U.S. Tower division’s Property Management organization. The organization maximizes and protects the value of the real estate portfolio, owns and streamlines relations with property owners, and ensures all properties operate smoothly. As part of the Real Estate Management team, day to day you will focus on oversight of an assigned group of assets and serve as the primary escalation point for property managers who interface with internal stakeholders and external property owners on issues and projects related to the properties under your purview. You will provide tactical and strategic direction on issue resolutions for all property-related matters, oversee all property-related transactions, and oversee relationship management for all property owners across a geographic portfolio of approximately 8,000 leased properties.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required;
- MBA preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of property management experience required.
- Experience leading teams required.
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to synthesize complex data and information.
- Approximately 10% travel may be required to support the job’s responsibilities.
- Strong organization, planning, and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks for yourself and a team to meet requirements and deadlines.
- Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
- Strong leadership skills; ability to drive and motivate a team to achieve results.
