This role will be located at our Englewood, Colorado facility and Loveland, Ohio facility.
Overview:
The Director, Program Management will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of ongoing propulsion programs and serve as Beehive's primary point of contact with the customer. The successful candidate must have a deep understanding of DoD business practices and program requirements.
Duties:
- Effectively interface and collaborate with external customers, senior leaders, technical teams, and operations teams to ensure program success and drive future business opportunities.
- Responsible for leading Beehive's team to deliver on cost, schedule, and performance commitments, while positioning the team to grow our overall propulsion business.
- Build and develop a product management team that delivers high-quality outcomes for our customers.
- Work with leaders to influence how product management should be implemented on current and future projects.
- Take on key department-wide initiatives, working with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders to improve the overall technical capabilities within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 10 plus years in DoD acquisition experience is necessary, and familiarity with propulsion systems or applications for propulsion systems is strongly desired.
- 5+ years in a leadership role required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Military veterans preferred.

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $190,000-$260,000 base salary. Please note that wage information is a general guideline only, and we will consider factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, and market conditions when extending an offer.
