We are seeking a Full-Time Full-Licensed Therapist (CMHC, LCSW, MFT) to help lead a team of therapists in a 16 bed dual diagnosis adult facility. This is an opportunity to make a profound difference in the lives of those struggling with Mental Health and Substance Use issues as they work towards a positive outcome on their path to wellness.
Position: Clinical Director
The following job description is not inclusive of all job responsibilities:
- Schedule is Monday – Friday dayshift, with on call and after-hours escalation support
- Manage performance of residential site
- Manage performance of staff consisting of 2 therapists including providing supervision to therapists as needed
- Adhere to budget and staffing guidelines
- Attend and provide coaching, monthly staff meetings, clinical training classes and workshops
- Manage staffing, hiring, and training of team
- Coordinate with medical for treatment of clients
- Update curriculum for sites
- Chart audits
- Manage team to KPIs
Qualifications:
- Education: MUST have Master’s degree from accredited college / university
- Licenses: Current license to practice therapy from Utah Dept of Professional Licensing – CMHC, MFT, or LCSW.
- Must be fully licensed and able to supervise clinicians through DOPL
- Experience: 3 years + working in Behavioral Health
- Leadership or supervision experience highly desired
- Must be able to pass a federal background check through the Department of Human Services (Violent/Sexual/Predatory charges and/or convictions will result in denial of background check)
- Ability to utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) for patient charting, medical necessity
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Empathy and the ability to work with people in distress
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year with bonus potential
