Job Description
As a successful Change Manager, your performance objectives include:
- Develop at a program level, a Change Management plan using standard PROSCI process and templates
- Customizing Change Management strategies based on the change impact and audience
- Ensure complete PROSCI assessment to understand role/field impact and sizing change management efforts
- Manage the daily landing activities including maintaining and documenting change management procedures, stakeholder management, technical and business impact assessment in conjunction with the Landing Directly Responsible Individual (DRI)
- Work closely with the CoS Lead to maintain and manage the overall landing plans and adoption metrics
- Work with the CSS team to establish and evolve solid frameworks and standards for change management that increase change adoption through simplification for impacted resources
- Identify business readiness to manage scheduling conflicts working with stakeholders and landing SMEs negotiating realistic landing plans and adoption metrics
- Alert leadership of potential high risk/impact
- Ensure appropriate landing direct responsible resources are allocated by the program teams to drive landing activities of approved changes aligned with our organizational priorities
- Monitor and report status of landing efforts and adoption metrics
- Foster and drive a clear understanding of the various stakeholders for the changes to be deployed to ensure the roles impacted adopt the changes through clear communications, engagement, and appropriate governance throughout the end to end change management process
- Operate as voice of the field advocating on behalf of our time zones and customers to drive the right solutions aligned with our business priorities

- Demonstrated experience and success at delivering cross functional programs and validated ability to influence without direct authority, taking ownership and driving results
- High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or other related disciplines, or equivalent
