Marketing and Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute effective front-end marketing outreach activity, qualify eligible customers, and improve revenue growth through field sales strategies.
- Enhance our clients' brand in the community by maintaining professionalism and a welcoming demeanor.
- Act as the main representative and presenter to our local community.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales team to implement the local strategy for growing brand awareness.
- Participate in mandatory training and staff development sessions.
Marketing and Sales Associate Requirements:
- Love for people and making an impact in our local community.
- Possess the right balance of people, sales, and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly, lower trust barriers, and build confidence with consumers.
- Ambitious and self-sufficient individual who approaches every situation with integrity and passion.
- Exceptional public speaking and presentation abilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience as a Community Outreach Representative, Customer Service Associate, Client Relations, or Marketing.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Brooklyn, New York. We are looking for candidates that are able to start immediately, so you must be local to the area.
