Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated sales leader to augment our double digit growth. In this role, you will be responsible to generate revenues based on targets, manage sales team, coach them to success. This is a new team being built and is an excellent opportunity to build your own team and deliver the results. The ideal candidate has a prior proven sales leadership record.
Responsibilities
- Manage inside sales and outside sales reps
- Develop rapport and build relationships with potential customers
- Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
- Meet or exceed designated sales targets
- Create and implement an effective sales strategy
- Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM
- Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
Qualifications
- 8+ years in selling IT consulting services to enterprises and government entities
- Hunter mindset
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
- Any experience selling services around Adobe, Workday, Cybersecurity is a big plus
