Responsibilities:
- SAP Global Trade Services - This will need to execute against scoping and shaping activities for ITO regulatory work aligned to regulations and compliance.
- Analyze and understand business requirements related to global trade compliance and customs regulations.
- Design and implement SAP GTS solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP GTS modules to meet business requirements.
- Work with technical teams to ensure that the SAP GTS solution is integrated with other systems as needed.
- Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing.
- Provide end-user training and support during and after project implementation.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in customs regulations and SAP GTS functionality.
- Provide technical support on SAP GTS issues and incidents.
- Participate in project planning and management activities, including estimating effort and providing input to project plans.
