Primary Purpose:
Provide leadership in the development, direction and management of district personnel functions to ensure quality staffing and effective practices in personnel management as well as interpret and recommend personnel policies and regulations for the district.

Education/Certification/Experience:
Master's Degree in Education or related field with at least 6 years of administrative experience including Human Resources experience.
Texas Principal or Mid-Management Certification preferred.
Valid Texas Teaching Certificate preferred.
Candidate must have satisfactory outcome of fingerprinting background check. Non-refundable fee (approximately $50.00) paid by the employee.
Salary Range: 557.20 - 777.42 / Daily Rate
