We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a dynamic behavioral health facility in Vancouver, Washington. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of the facility, driving operational excellence, and ensuring high-quality patient care. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the facility's operations, with a strong emphasis on business development, market strategy, and maintaining a positive relationship with medical staff and the surrounding community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement comprehensive operational strategies to meet the facility's goals.
- Build and nurture relationships within the local market, expanding the physician network.
- Drive continuous improvement in hospital performance, focusing on key areas for enhancement.
- Recruit and mentor a high-performing leadership team committed to excellence.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure top-tier service and patient care.
- Communicate effectively in various settings, including one-on-one, group, and public forums.
- Model the commitment to quality, enthusiasm, and competence expected from all staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, financial, or business-related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Extensive leadership experience in a hospital setting, particularly in behavioral health leadership, inpatient psychiatric leadership experience.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $230,000.00 per year
