Duties:
- Engage in direct client communication and case management.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation; 5+ years preferred.
- Must hold a valid license with the Kentucky State Bar.
- Proven track record of successful jury trials.
- Experience in drafting and responding to various legal motions.
- In-depth knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
