What You'll Do
Docusign is seeking a highly skilled and diligent Technical Business Analyst to join our End User Engineering team. The ideal candidate will collect and bridge the gap between business objectives and technical solutions, ensuring initiatives align with IT and Company objectives to deliver maximum value. This role will work closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, developers, and project managers to analyze, document, and implement technology-driven solutions.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director of End User Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and document business needs, requirements, and processes, finding opportunities to enhance end user productivity.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications tailored for the Cloud apps ecosystem.
- Create and analyze as-is and to-be business process diagrams and workflows.
- Prepare and lead user acceptance testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Deliver training and support to end-users on new processes and systems implemented.
- Serve as the main interface for data analysis and access scoping for integrations to various systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce).
- Facilitate business reviews, vendor relationships, and contract renewals with multiple cloud app providers.
- Build critical trust and relationships with business and technical partners.
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation).
What You Bring
Basic
- 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree; or 3+ years of related experience with a Master’s degree in Computer Science or related degree.
- Experience with Product Management framework.
- Experience with one of the programming/scripting languages, such as Python and PowerShell.
- Experience with Scrum, Agile and continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Tableau, Qlik and Alteryx experience, or working knowledge of any BI tools.
Preferred
- Solid understanding of Okta, Microsoft Active Directory, and well known directory services.
- Experience working with identity and access management including unified profiles and role based access control.
- Experience in implementing data, apps or workflows with other SaaS systems.
- Good understanding of APIs and RESTful services.
- Project management experience (i.e., handling projects and org wide application updates).
- Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to maintain a positive relationship with the Business.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $114,200.00 - $177,100.00 base salary.
This role is also eligible for bonus and benefits.
