The San Joaquin County Office of the County Counsel has an exciting opportunity for a Chief Deputy County Counsel position. The incumbent will play a critical leadership role supporting the County Counsel by providing difficult and complex legal services to the Board of Supervisors, County departments, and special districts. This position will be responsible for overseeing and directing the work of others on matters of litigation and should possess a working knowledge of civil and procedural law with excellent legal research and writing skills.
