Role Summary:
We are looking for a Head of GTM at Notable. This newly created position is crucial for shaping our market presence and driving our growth strategy. It’s an ideal opportunity for a seasoned product marketing leader who excels at bridging market demands with product offerings. You will spearhead efforts to refine our brand positioning, expand our market influence, and ensure our initiatives resonate with target audiences while aligning with our broader business objectives.
What You’ll Do:
- Prioritize and manage the workflow between PMMs, Sales, and Product teams, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
- Provide market insights to inform product decisions and respond to requests for market material reviews.
- Collaborate with the VP of Communications and other stakeholders on the development of marketing campaigns, including lead and demand generation initiatives.
- Contribute to the brand portfolio and corporate branding efforts.
- Develop case studies and use case scenarios in partnership with internal and external SMEs.
- Support sales enablement activities, including pitch development, sales training, and the creation of sales materials.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on demand generation and product campaigns.
- 1+ years of management experience.
- Proven expertise in market research, competitive intelligence, product-market fit, and market need assessments.
- Experience in the healthcare/healthtech space, with at least 3 years in the industry.
- Sales enablement experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
