Cunningham Welsh Studio (www.cunninghamwelsh.com), an architectural design, general contracting, and fabrication studio, is seeking motivated hands-on individuals with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. As architects, builders, and fabricators doing residential projects in the DC region for the past 12 years, we embrace all the challenges associated with building. The ideal candidate should be capable of contributing immediately to our architectural team's production efforts. An interest in construction management and metal fabrication will be a plus.

- CNC milling
Salary commensurate with experience and project involvement. This position is primarily remote, construction site, and shop-based (shop located in Hyattsville, MD). Our office is in Annapolis, MD. Some office time will be required.
Qualifications (preferred):
- 2-5 years experience in an architecture firm
- Professional degree from a US accredited architecture program or alternatively an accredited construction management program.
- Proficiency in REVIT
- Proficiency in Photoshop
- Proficiency in Excel and Quickbooks
- DC or immediate vicinity resident
- Ability to drive to job sites
