What You Will Do
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our business systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across multiple platforms. In this position, you'll not only be the technical expert but also a strategic partner who brings energy and enthusiasm to every interaction with stakeholders. You'll have the opportunity to deliver impactful projects that directly contribute to the bottom-line revenue for TAP and Global Services. Additionally, you'll oversee key vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance and scalability.
- System Management: Manage and optimize business systems, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive system improvements while ensuring all customizations are tested and deployed effectively.
- Vendor Management: Build strong vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with SLAs. Conduct performance reviews and address any issues to maintain high service quality.
- People Management: Lead and mentor a team of business systems professionals. Provide performance feedback, foster a collaborative environment, and support professional development.
- Project Management: Oversee system upgrades, integrations, and deployments. Manage project timelines, budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders for successful outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, streamline operations, and drive system enhancements to support business growth.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
- Possess a bachelor's degree in business or technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in business systems management, project management, and change management.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in system management and vendor relations.
- Proven experience in vendor management.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Solid organizational and analytical skills, and results driven.
- Commitment to excellence in customer service.
- Comfortable working in a changing environment.
- Able to lead the team to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams across the organization to deliver expected solutions.

Compensation and Benefits
Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
