Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage staff in alignment with our strategic vision and business plan.
- Partner with the CEO, CFO, and executive team to drive operational and financial success.
- Work with the CFO to set growth-focused goals and achieve favorable financial outcomes.
- Develop and execute effective growth strategies, measurement tools, and operational processes.
- Provide accurate operational reports and collaborate on budgeting and resource allocation.
- Promote a culture of excellence and ensure adherence to our policies and guidelines.
- Serve as the Compliance Officer, ensuring adherence to internal and external protocols and licensing requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of executive-level operational experience required.
- Experience in Community Behavioral Health is preferred; Clinical Licensure (LISW or LPCC) is required.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, financial management, and corporate finance principles.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to perform various physical tasks and use office equipment.
