The ideal candidate is well-versed in construction procedures and protocol showcasing the expertise required to successfully navigate projects from inception to completion – on time, within budget, exceeding in quality. A proven track record in leading teams through substantial infrastructure projects will be considered as equivalent experience. ONLY heavy civil construction experience will be considered for this opportunity. Please note examples of prior work in transportation, pipelines, land development, drainage, stormwater management, and erosion and sediment control.

Compensation: $180K - 200K + Generous annual bonus based on company performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred OR equivalent experience
- Industry experience min. 5 years in management role, leading teams in land development and transportation projects in Construction, Utility, Infrastructure projects
- Robust experience in financial analysis, budget reporting, forecasting
- Entrepreneurial mindset and eager to join the team of many hats, poised to expand market
- In-depth understanding of industry regulations, safety standards and best practices
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, and technological application for marketing, analytics, operations
Responsibilities:
- Direct management and supervision of resources and assignments, ensuring comprehensive support for both public and private sector markets
- Negotiate contracts and manage construction bids, obtain required permits/licenses as needed
- Create effective schedules and oversee project budget
- Hire and train top talent to optimize workload
- Procure equipment and materials necessary for projects
- Use appropriate computer software as a tool for solving engineering problems
- Apply data-driven decision-making to create scalable systems and well-defined processes
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance checks
