Job Description
- Implement and manage the IT strategic sourcing process in support of internal businesses.
- Perform data analytics in vendor spend, RFP analysis, and savings opportunities and tracking.
- Work closely with leadership team business managers to analyze data, identify sourcing opportunities, and lead cross-functional teams to develop and successfully complete RFX process.
- Lead supplier negotiations and partner with Legal and the business owner in the contracting process.
- Lead in vendor management and any contract issues.
The Successful Applicant
- 7+ years in a professional business environment (Insurance, Financial services), IT procurement experience required.
- University degree and excellent academic record required.
- Procurement transformation experience a plus.
- System implementation a plus.
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills required.
- Ability to influence high-level executives.
