This means deeply understanding each of our members’ unique needs, expectations, and opportunities to ensure PACE can meet support them each individually, as well as identify opportunities for collective learning and engagement between members and across the network.
Approximately 25-30% of the role will be focused on strategy, visioning, and relationship-building (the “big picture”), and the remaining 70-75% on design, execution, delivery of activities and services (the “hands-on work”). The primary functions are programmatic and partnership-oriented in nature; some development, recruitment, and communications work is inherent but is primarily led by other PACE staff.
