Join Mars Wrigley's dynamic Digital Technologies team as the Digital Quality Sr. Lead, where you will play a pivotal role in transforming our R&D and Quality division. Collaborating closely with the Global ERP R&D process lead, you'll spearhead the delivery of critical Quality programs such as inbound/outbound traceability and testing. Your leadership will ensure alignment with key business outcomes and best practices in program management, driving impactful change across our quality function. Partnering with Quality associates, segment DT teams, and corporate R&D, you'll lead efforts to innovate and elevate quality standards, shaping the future of digital quality management at Mars Wrigley. What are we looking for?
- Bachelors' degree minimum or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 10 years of dynamic leadership in deploying large-scale programs across diverse functional areas such as R&D, Commercial, and Supply Chain.
- Experience with SAP Global Batch Traceability (GBT) application a plus
- Proven track record in program management, adeptly steering complex initiatives to successful outcomes in high-stakes environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, forging strong collaborative relationships across organizational levels to drive consensus and achieve strategic goals.
- Extensive experience operating and leading agile delivery teams, ensuring nimble and effective project execution that adapts to evolving business needs.
- In-depth knowledge of Quality systems or experience within Quality management, with a keen understanding of regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
- Strong capability in influencing senior leadership through clear, compelling communications that simplify complex issues, identify root causes, and propose innovative solutions.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Lead the charge in Digital Technologies (DT) for Mars Wrigley's Quality initiatives within the global transformation program. Spearhead crucial projects in inbound and outbound traceability, testing, and conformance. Collaborate closely with corporate R&D product owners to develop and implement these capabilities globally, driving Mars Wrigley to new heights in quality management.
- Act as the DT co-pilot for the deployment of the global Connected Quality program at Mars Wrigley. Innovate and digitize frameworks, including next-generation Manufacturing Readiness Assessment (MRA), to elevate quality standards and operational efficiency.
- Directly manage strategic partnerships with third-party System Integrators (SIs), overseeing contracting, supervision, and sign-off on deliverables. Ensure seamless integration and successful deployment of digital quality solutions across Mars Wrigley.
- Partner with the Supply Chain Data & Analytics program to integrate ideas and insights into predictive quality use cases. Drive innovation at the intersection of quality management and supply chain optimization.
- Collaborate with senior leaders across global Mars Wrigley Quality to develop and execute technology strategies that enhance quality assurance and drive business outcomes.
- Work closely with Mars Global Services' Global Digital Operations to ensure all integration, architectural, infrastructure, and service requirements are met for sustainable digital quality solutions.
- Facilitate discussions within the Mars Wrigley D30 transformation program, bridging Plan to Deliver and Ideate Scale initiatives through a Quality-focused lens. Drive alignment and synergy across functional areas to achieve transformative outcomes.
- Take ownership of stakeholder communication for global digital Quality programs, ensuring alignment and engagement across the entire Mars Wrigley organization.
