Our client is a world leader in laboratory equipment and services and has an opportunity for a Technical Sales Representative for its industry-leading analytical instrumentation used in R&D laboratories. This position will be covering NJ, NY, and New England with an ideal candidate living in the Boston area, but locations near major airports will be considered.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in capital equipment sales, analytical instruments, or Process Instruments preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills as well as presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's in a natural sciences or engineering.
- Availability for frequent overnight travel (50-60%).
- Valid driver's license and passport.
Compensation Package:
The base salary range for this position is $86,000/y to $97,000/y depending on experience. Commission plan is uncapped, pays monthly from dollar one and accelerates after reaching goal. Monthly car allowance and mileage reimbursement. Company also offers full benefits, profit-sharing bonuses, and a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years. Sign-on bonus opportunity.
