We are seeking a Director, IT Business Solutions Partner – Supply Chain, to lead the strategic delivery of technology solutions that support our global supply chain operations. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing cutting-edge supply chain systems, including SAP S/4HANA and TraceLink, ensuring seamless integration, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
This role will partner closely with cross-functional leaders to align IT initiatives with business goals, driving innovation and efficiency in supply chain processes. You will also be responsible for daily operations while spearheading continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead IT Strategy for Supply Chain: Develop and execute a technology roadmap that aligns with the business strategy for the supply chain, focusing on scalability, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency
- System Management: Oversee the management and optimization of key supply chain platforms, including SAP S/4HANA, TraceLink, and related applications. Ensure data integrity, governance, and integration with other enterprise systems
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all supply chain systems meet global regulatory standards (e.g., DSCSA, EU FMD, Brazil Anvisa) and maintain compliance with GxP, SOX, GDPR, and other critical frameworks
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes by leveraging technology to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve accuracy
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external service providers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and operations run smoothly
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders from Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory teams to define requirements, develop solutions, and support new business initiatives.
- Project Leadership: Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of supply chain IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Develop KPIs to track success and optimize future projects
- Audit & Security Oversight: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to maintain high standards of system security and regulatory compliance
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation

Education, Experience & Skills Requirements
- Experienced Leader: You have 7-10 years of experience in IT management, with a strong background in life sciences, supply chain systems, and regulatory environments
- Supply Chain Expertise: You have a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, TraceLink, and master data management. Experience with integrating SAP with FICO is a plus
- Regulatory Savvy: You are well-versed in GxP, SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory standards and have experience leading teams through compliance audits
- Innovative Thinker: You have a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges and are always looking for ways to optimize and improve processes
- Collaborative Communicator: You excel at working cross-functionally with business and technical teams to drive consensus and deliver impactful solutions

The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type, and length of experience within the industry, educational background, location of residence and performance during the interview process.
