As a Strategy Director at BOI, you will:
- Collaborate with our clients and senior leadership to formulate valuable & exciting enterprise AI strategies and roadmaps.
- Lead our clients to reach their digital transformation goals by identifying and leveraging high-impact opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We're Looking For:
- A Strategic Innovator: With a minimum of 8 years of work experience including demonstrated career progression to a Principal/ Director-equivalent level at another consulting firm (*bonus if you have experience working at an MBB firm, L.E.K Consulting, Strategy&, EY-Parthenon, etc).
- Change oriented leader: With demonstrated success in driving innovation and growth strategy programmes; identifying value creation opportunities in each client situation, envisioning, analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions that change the industry with new AI-native products, services and businesses.
- AI Pioneer: You are excited by the possibilities in gen-AI and have experimented or worked on innovations within your projects using gen-AI.
- Collaborative Explorer with a Passion for Learning: You are a curious learner with a relentless drive to challenge the status quo and reinvent businesses for an autonomous age.
- A Client Partner: You are a strategic ally to our clients, leveraging business acumen, communicating persuasively to C-suite level, and generating actionable insights to cultivate and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit and Business Acumen: With experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, you approach your work with an entrepreneurial mindset.
What You’ll Do:
- Enhance Our Strategy Offering and Capabilities: Develop and implement strategies to enhance our services and lead the evolution of our growth strategy, future portfolio strategy and future operating model offering.
- Lead Client Engagements and Build Relationships: Understand client needs and business objectives and oversee the formulation and implementation of their digital transformation strategies.
- Act as an AI Pioneer: Partner with internal teams to develop new frameworks within our strategy practice.
- Grow Client Accounts: Build strategic, profitable long-term relationships, driving proposals, and pitches to win new work while expanding your client network.
- Own End-to-End Client Project Delivery: Oversee complex projects, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery through effective team management.
- Define & Scope Project Deliverables: Set priorities and deadlines, manage resources, provide feedback, and ensure quality control throughout project lifecycles.
- Guide and Develop Team Skills: Actively enhance the skills and confidence of team members, sharing knowledge, giving feedback, and creating learning opportunities.
