Job Description Summary
The Regional Project Delivery & Controls Lead is a strategic role that supports the REWS Project Design & Delivery team and execution of projects. The PRD&C will support project and program management efforts with the development and analysis of project budgets, costs, schedules, earned value, risk management and delivery status. The PRD&C will participate and drive the planning, tracking, forecasting, analysis and reporting on cost and schedule information for projects and programs of varying size and complexity. The PRD&C will provide key support to project and program management efforts monitoring project progress, coordinating and tracking cost and schedule data and identifying key project delivery risks and issues. Depending upon project volume, the PRD&C may have multiple cost and schedule positions report into her or him.
Job Description
Support the strategic planning and PM execution of the REWS Project Design & Delivery (PDD) teams’ regional programs, projects and global initiatives including:
- Cost Analysis
- Schedule Development
- Procurement Strategies
- Manage the Relationship with the “Eco-System” of Client Partners (Local & Global)
- One-Off Vendors
- GC’s
- Security Consultants
- Global Engineering
- Global Architecture
- IT/AV
Provide project pipeline tracking and resource planning reports and analysis to help support and validate implementation strategies for REWS projects. Be the main point of contact for training and onboarding of variable PM resources as well as other onboarding activities for key partners (architects, engineers, GC’s and various suppliers). Be the regional SME for the REWS software, tools and processes to support project delivery. Bi-Weekly coordination and liaison with REWS Global HQ team(s) on strategies and pipeline scope. Support reporting, presentations and communications regionally and globally. Manage and lead project delivery scope and execution planning of multiple projects, including Capex/OpEx or “small works” TI fit out projects in various locations across the regional geography. Support the admin and data analysis of the Global and Regional Resource Planning and support alignment of the resource plan with analytics of the pipeline, scope, schedule, etc. Support the preparation of the project business case scenarios (low, medium, high). Own the relationship with the regional C&W market teams to ensure compliance with onboarding variable resources as needed. Ensure project data validation and data quality to align with the approved global process. Collaborate with the Global PMO to contribute to the annual REWS Summit. Support, manage and report on the Global REWS project intake process. Support the global PMO in the maintenance, development and ongoing documentation of standards, guidelines and processes including architectural, MEP, FF&E and IT/AV. Coordinate with sublease management team and lease administration for the decommissioning of sites in alignment with the approved process. Ability to travel on an as-needed basis. Travel should not exceed 15% in any given month.

- Able to facilitate meetings of all sizes including preparation of agendas, meeting minutes, action items, risk registers, etc.
- Ability to hold teams accountable for consistent levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Desire to support change management associated with implementing new and updated processes
- Desire to coach, mentor and develop team members
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, architecture or an engineering field. 10+ years relevant work experience in the construction, architecture or engineering field.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation for the position is: $124,100.00 - $146,000.00.
