As a Talent Partner, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver end-to-end recruitment for our One Endeavour Transformation (OET) team.
One Endeavour is a multi-year strategic portfolio of programs spanning six pillars, focused on streamlining operations, improving efficiencies, simplifying ways of working, and driving future growth across the business. In this role, you may also support our Group Support Talent Partners in recruiting corporate roles.
We are seeking a skilled Talent Partner with extensive experience managing high-volume and complex transformation recruitment. In this role, you will develop and execute effective attraction, sourcing, and recruitment strategies, partnering closely with business leaders to secure top talent for our transformational journey.
This is a 2-year fixed-term contract. We have offices across Australia including key offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and are a flexible work environment.
Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Manage a high-volume recruitment portfolio supporting our One Endeavour Transformation space, balancing competing priorities with ease.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with internal stakeholders, delivering recruitment best practices and truly partnering to deliver outcomes.
- Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilising data and market insights.
- Represent Endeavour Group as a true brand ambassador, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Partner with business leaders to build talent pipelines and prepare for future workforce needs.
Qualifications
Now let’s talk about you:
- Proven experience in internal recruitment partner role (ideally 5+ years), with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and a significant volume of stakeholders.
- A creative and innovative approach to talent acquisition, always looking for new ways to engage top talent.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and guide business leaders.
- A self-starter with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge, ready to contribute to Endeavour’s recruitment strategy.
- Experience with Smart Recruiters and SuccessFactors is ideal.
- A fun, can do attitude who enjoys a challenge while being part of a dynamic team!
