Job Summary
As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery room, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for young children. Your role will involve leading a team of nursery staff and providing high-quality care and education to children.
Duties
- Communicate effectively with nursery staff, parents, and children
- Manage and supervise nursery activities and routines
- Utilise your experience in childcare to create engaging learning opportunities
- Implement early childhood education principles in daily activities
- Drive continuous improvement in the nursery room environment
- Demonstrate leadership skills to motivate and support nursery staff
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery setting
- Proficiency in English language
- Qualifications in Early Childhood Education are desirable
- Strong leadership abilities to guide and inspire a team
- Excellent organisational skills to manage daily operations efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £23,184.00 per year
