Calibre Search are delighted to be part of this practice's next development phase and are now looking to bring in a Partner level Building Surveyor to join them and head up their Building Consultancy services in Birmingham.
This will be a salaried Partner position where you will join and, if proven to be a success, have the chance to buy shares and become an equity partner in this very established and prestigious partnership.
The Practice has an impressive staff count of 200+ but still operates with an SME attitude, leaving the corporate and red tape teething issues behind, which really makes them stand out from their competitors. B Corp registered as well!
Ideally, you will be fully commercially and business development driven, MRICS qualified, with many years of experience, and confident enough to offer and lead on a range of core building surveying services from dilapidations, party wall, cost assessments to full design specification and project management.
The Practice operates within numerous property sectors (commercial, industrial, education, retail, residential, etc.), not just in building surveying but general practice too, so plenty for you to cross-sell your services from day one as you build your client portfolio and work stream.
Once you’re up and running, you will be given full autonomy on how you see best in building your own building surveying team later down the line with the other partners' support.
This is a brilliant position for any accomplished chartered building surveyor looking for that next step up to really be their own boss and have full say in how this division grows later in the year.
