Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works with CGO to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for SSE’s
- Oversees direct performance of up to 9 sales team members
- Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
- Directing and coordinating all sales activities nationwide
- Preparing sales budgets, projections, and approving expenditures
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
- Making data-informed decisions to drive performance
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Setting sales quotas and goals
- Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team daily, weekly, monthly
- Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
- Defining and executing sales plans
- Supporting delivery of RFPs related to SSE team
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in experiential events supporting Fortune 100 Brands
- Proven and measurable success at networking and leveraging relationship
- Ability to identify and cultivate business opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation skills
- Strong written and verbal skill set
- Ability to work independently, self – direct
- Demonstrated understanding of market indicators and trends
- PC skills, focus on Microsoft Office Suite, Web
